Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having symptoms of Sthaulya with age group 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender & economical status. 2.BMI between 25kg/m2 to 34.9kg/m2 3.Waist hip ratio from 0.81 to 1.0 and above, respectively for female and male 4. Patients willing for inclusion in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women. 2.Any other serious systemic illness like stroke, etc.in last 3 months 3.Patients taking any medohara aushadha or any anti obesity medicine. 4.Patients who had undergone obesity related syrgery ex bariatric. 5. Patients having malignancies, serious infections as well as those requiring on long term steroid treatment and hormonal treatment.

Changes in Grades of Subjective parameter of Sthaulya like Daurgandhya, kshudrashwas, Trishna, etc. And Assess the Buddhi, medha, smrutiTimepoint: Within 90 days
