Inclusion criteria: Individuals of different categories of disturbed medodhatu according to the type of response required irrespective of gender Known case of obesity /NAFLD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are under psychological treatment Malignancy Pregnant and lactating mothers
