Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and eGFR <60ml/min/1.73m2, The patients with CKD admitted between Jan 2018-Dec 2022 will constitute the study cohort.

A set of predictors which regulate the rapid progression of chronic kidney disease in Indian population will be determined. A set of predictors which lead to progression of CKD to ESRD in Indian population will be determined Timepoint: three years

By establishing clinical utility and usability, this study will provide an affirmation to build up a risk based strategy so that appropriate care is provided in such patient populationTimepoint: three years
