Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients of all gender, with BMI 23 to 40 2. Patients presenting with the classical symptoms of Sthaulya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having diabetes mellitus, diagnosed case of hypertension, thyrotoxicosis, hyperparathyroidism, chronic renal disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism. 2. Obese patient with any other severe complication. 3. Patients who have refused to give written informed consent. 4. Pregnant and lactating woman.

Improvement in any classical symptoms of Sthaulya i.e; Bhara Vriddhi, Chala Sphika Udara Stana, Angagaurava, Ayatha-Upachaya, Dourgandhya, Atikshudha, Atipipasa, Nidradhikya, Angashaithilya, Gatrasaada, Snighangata, Alpavyayama, Utasahahani, Javoparodha, Swedadhikya, Kshudrashwasa, Krucchravyavayata and reduction in BMI.Timepoint: 120 days
