Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. are above 18 years of age 2. are on oral warfarin for more than 1 month 3. are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have known mental illness 2. hen both patients and the attendants who do not have smartphones/adequate mobile literacy 3. Pregnant women
