Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with first time ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke including both male and female,undergoing physiotherapy treatment with GCS score >12 and MMSE score >21, who agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ptients who does not know to read and understand Kannada and English language, medically unstable
