Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.systemically healthy subjects , 2.participants subjected to periodontal surgeries with open wound which do not require suture placement . 3.Subjects providing with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects with habits like smoking ,alcohol consumption , and tobacco chewing 2.pregnancy and lactation 3.participants who are under supplementation such as vitamins , anti oxidants , 4.participants who were on under antibiotic therapy since 3 months 5.participants with known allergy to aloe vera gel
