Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The cases will be selected irrespective of age group of 30 to 70 years of both the sexes. 2) Person shall be selected on basis of designation i.e. leaders and non leaders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Person with refusal to participate in study. 2) Person without written or oral consent.
