Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children of 3-6 years of age from either gender 2. Children with Early Childhood Caries- atleast one tooth with soft cavitated dentin surfaces receiving score of 5 of the ICDAS criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who received fluoride topical application during last 3 months 2. Children with special health care needs 3. Children who were on antibiotic therapy within past months 4. Children with known sensitivity to silver or other heavy metal ion 5. Hypoplastic or developmental defects
