Hemodynamic stability during endotracheal intubationTimepoint: Effects of both the doses of tablet clonidine on hemodynamic stability 90 mins after the drug administration when intubation will be performed intubation and post intubation 1 min then 3 mins ,5 mins ,10 mins and after every 15 mins and so on till the end of surgery
