Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Symptoms of knee OA as per the American College of Rheumatologyâ??s clinical criteria. Pain at the mark of at least or more than 30mm on 100 mm visual analog pain scale. Grade 2 or more on X-Ray radiograph (Kellgren and Lawrence classification). In case of Bilateral knee OA, the more affected side (as identified by radiographic OA grade and symptom as defined by Kellgren and Lawrence grade) will be taken as the test leg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Administration of intra-articular corticosteroid injection in the previous 3 months of presentation. Any history of trauma in the lower limb or spine. Any neuro-muscular disease affecting the lower limb. Hip/knee musculature training in the past 4 weeks before the study. Systemic arthritic conditions; any lower limb/spinal deformity. History of Surgery in lower limb or spine. Pregnancy
