Intervention1: Vortioxetine: 10mg to 20mg OD for 6 months Control Intervention1: Escitalopram: 10mg to 20mg OD for 6 months Control Intervention2: Fluoxetine: 20mg to 80mg OD for 6 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for depression, Age between 18 to 65 years, MADRS score of 7-19 Mild & 20-34 moderate depression and Signs informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using MINI to screen out people with other Psychiatric illness eg. substance use, mania, eating disorder, MADRS score >34: Severe depression, Pregnant mother and not giving consent
