Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing superior calyceal puncture in pcnl
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stone size more than 4cm, single functioning kidney, previous renal surgery, congenital renal anomaly, uncontrolled diabetes, Hypertension, chronic kidney disease, middle and lower calyx puncture
