Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting diagnostic criteria of bipolar affective disorder according to DSM-5 2. Patients of age 18 or above 3. Patients not in an active episode (which would be assessed using the Clinical global impression severity scale) 4. Patients willing to give written informed consent for participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosis of mood disorders due to organic cause and substance induced 2. Patients in an active episode
