Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who underwent laparotomy, upper abdominal surgery 2. Patients who have stable vital parameters post-surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient with cardiac and pulmonary conditions 2.patients with cognitive impairment 3.patients with neurological disorder such as stroke, parkinson disease 4.patients with severe post operative complications
