Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To compare the predictive ability of inferior vena cava and Subclavian vein diameter and collapsibility index for detection of hypotension after induction of general anesthesia.Timepoint: Baseline blood pressure, every minute for the first 5 minutes, then every 2 minutes for the next 10 minutes (after induction of general anaesthesia) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To compare the feasibility of subclavian vein and inferior vena cava diameter and collapsibility index in assessing post-induction hypotension. Timepoint: Before induction of general anaesthesia | — |
