Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex in the age group of 13-60 years. 2. Patients of both genders. 3. Clinically diagnosed patients of Bahaq (Pityriasis). Hypo pigmented or hyper pigmented macules and patches. Scaling Itching Erythema 4. Clinically stable patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years. 2. Patients with other inflammatory skin conditions like localized abscess/ carbuncles/ boils etc. 3. Patients with other skin conditions like Eczema/ Vitiligo/ Psoriasis etc. 4. Patient with critical health condition like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Severe Hepatic and Renal diseases. 5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.

Efficacy will be assessed on the basis of clinical parameters i.e. Hypo pigmented lesions/ Macules (Flat , distinct, colored area of the skin less than 1 cm in diameter), Hyper pigmented lesions/ Macules (Flat , distinct, colored area of the skin less than 1 cm in diameter), Erythema, Pruritus, ScalingTimepoint: At baseline, 7th and 14th day
