Inclusion criteria: BETWEEN 18 YEARS AND 65 YEARS OF AGE PATIENTS WITH FRACTURE NECK OF FEMUR OR IT FRACTURE FOR SURGERY UNDER SUB ARACHNOID BLOCK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS NOT SATISFYING INCLUSION CRITERIA. WITH MAJOR NEUROLOGICAL CARDIAC RESPIRATORY METABOLIC RENAL HEPATIC DISEASE OR COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES WITH CONTRAINDICATION FOR SPINAL ANESTHESIA WITH HISTORY OF FEMORAL BYPASS SURGERIES. WITH POLYTRAUMA AND INFECTION OVER INJECTION SITE
