Intervention1: Placentrex gel: The patient will undergo full mouth scaling and root planing with an ultrasonic scaler. 1ml of the placentrex gel (placental extract gel) will be placed in the periodon

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BILATERAL LOCALIZED PERIODONTAL POCKETS WITH 4-6mm POCKET DEPTH 2. TWENTY OR MORE NATURAL TEETH PRESENT IN ORAL CAVITY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known systemic conditions: Diabetes, Hypertension, Atherosclerosis or any other condition affecting periodontal status adversely. 2. Aggressive periodontitis 3. Pregnant, lactating mothers. 4. Smoking, alcohol or tobacco consumption. 5. Periodontal therapy in past 6 months
