Inclusion criteria: all babies born to hypothyroid mothers singleton pregnancies willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: multifoeatal gestations infants born with congenital anomalies mothers with known chronic disorders diabetes,hypertension,liver and kidney disorders
