Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of cervical spondylosis Participants fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Participants eligible for Valuka swedana Greeva Basti and Physiotherapy Willing and able to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus hypertension neoplastic changes anemia and other systemic illnesses Ankylosing spondylitis adhesive capsulitis fracture and dislocation involving shoulder joint etc Pregnancy lactation Participants not eligible for Valuka Swedana Greeva Basti and Physiotherapy Patients not willing to participate in the study
