Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2. Patient along with pain, difficulty and inability in movement of their shoulder joint, elbow joint and wrist joint , no matter what their diagnosis will. On the basis of above mentioned symptom it will included for study. 3. Arthritis and inflammatory conditions of shoulder joint and elbow joint, wrist joint will be included. 4. Post traumatic Stiffeness (8 weeks older) also will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 yrs and above 50 yrs 2. Patient having fracture in affected upper limb region or dislocation. 3. Patient having with any kind of traumatic nerve injury, nerve compression due to disc herniation in cervical region. 4. Any previous surgical procedure of shoulder, elbow joint, wrist joint 5. Pregnant women 6. In case of associative involvement of condition like hemiplegia, Myocardial infarction or where patient comes with such systemic condition that may required active management will be excluded from this study.
