Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed patients of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral head either unilateral or bilateral at any stages Patients eligible for basti karma Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having uncontrolled systemic diseases like HTN DM active neoplastic disease etc will be excluded
