Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Individuals with the following classical signs and symptoms of Vaatik Shirashoola and habitual of Raatri Jaagran i.e. sleeping after midnight will be included in this study â?? 1. Shankhnistod ( bitemporal headache) 2. Ghatasambhed (pain in occipital region) 3. Bhrumadhya evum lalaat aatap evum vedana (pain and burning sensation in forehead) 4. Shrotravedhanvatt peeda / shrtraswanam (severe pain and noise in ears ) 5. Akshini nishkrishyete ( pain in eyes as feeling with eyes coming out) 6. Ghoornateev shira ( giddiness) 7. Nishakaal vedana • Adults of age group 20 to 50 year irrespective of race, gender, religion, caste, occupation, education. • Patients who are willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals with other comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, tuberculosis, carcinoma, and any other severe illness. • Pregnant and lactating women. • Individuals who have undergone Panchkarma procedures. • Individuals who are alcoholic. • Individuals who are under any Conventional Medications.

1.Decreased symptoms of Vaatik Shirashoola 2.Reduction in pain 3.Reduction in Rooksha Guna Timepoint: 1. Decreased symptoms of Vaatik Shirashoola in 30 days 2. Reduction in pain in 30 days. 3. Reduction in Rooksha Guna in 30 days.

MeasureTime frame
1. Standardized dose of Bindu for Shatavri Ghrit. 2. Improved the quality of sleep of the patient. 3. Improved the quality of life with the help of SF 36 Health assessment questionnaire. Timepoint: 30 days
