Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-60 years. Sex both male and female. 2nd and 3rd grade of interno - external piles. The patient who is present with the symptoms like protrusion of pile mass, bleeding, mucous discharge, pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 year and above 60 year. Pregnancy, lactating mother. Post operative incontinence of stool. 1st and 4th grade of piles. Patient with malignancy. Ulcerative colitis, crohnâ??s disease, tuberculosis. HIV and HBsAg infection. uncontrolled DM,HTN.
