Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 20-40 years - History of regular menstrual cycles - Normal husband semen analysis - Bilateral Patent tubes - Documented ovulation on USG - Normal ovarian reserve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any medical condition contraindicating pregnancy - Acute pelvic inflammatory disease and/or vaginal infection - Cases with submucous myomas/endometrial polyps - Known case of endometriosis - Presence of hydrosalpinx - Persistent ovarian cysts - Anovulation in the stimulated cycles

Total antioxidant capacity (in millimolar Trolox equivalents) value in seminal plasma of semen samples for Intrauterine Insemination in two groups of unexplained infertility based on duration of abstinence (1 day vs 3-4 days)Timepoint: 1 year post intervention
