Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing PCNL(Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) and willing to consent for this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All know Anesthesia related complications Pregnant, lactating Renal failure Patients with indwelling stent, nephrostomy tube or catheters Any concomitant second procedure in same sitting or contralateral side same procedure

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
SIRS and Urosepsis as per QSOFA Score post-PCNL Patients. To review factors pre-operative and Intra-operative in these patients and design a Nomogram/Prediction ModelTimepoint: 6hours and 24 hours post-procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To co-relate stone factors and operative factors with development of UrosepsisTimepoint: Follow-up of primary outcomes
