Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 60 years Both males and females Physician diagnosed Type 2 diabetes mellitus Ambulatory and orthopedically aligned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurological disorder which affect the grip strength and the ambulation of patient. Hypothyroidism Musculoskeletal injuries (recent ligament injuries fracture) deformity of lower extremity hindering ambulation. Uncorrected visual deficit Uncontrolled vestibulopathies Uncontrolled HTN Gestational diabetes Refuse to participate.
