Intervention1: probiotics: Role of probiotics in enteral feed tolerance in vlbw babies. Control Intervention1: Formula Milk: formula milk will be added in milk as placebo.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neonates weight between 1000- 1499gms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates weight less than 1000gms. 2.Neonates with gross congenital anomalies 3.Neonates who expired before initiation of feeds 4.Surgical problems like malrotation disorders etc. 5.Refusal of consent.
