Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients of cirrhosis age more than 18 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of hepatopulmonary syndrome Presence of portopulmonary hypertension Presence of hepatic encephalopathy Presence of orthopedic problems that will affect the research Presence of neurological deficits Hepato cellular carcinoma Severe medical problems such as congestive heart failure, pulmonary disease, or neurological or psychiatric disorder that could influence quality-of-life measurement and inability to perform test

To investigate the change in FRIALTY STATUS To investigate the improvement in NUTRITIONAL PARAMETERS Timepoint: 1, 3 and 6 months

Improvement in albumin level, anthropometry parameters (mid arm circumference, triceps skin fold thickness, hand grip) Improvement in CTP and MELD score. Hospital admission Mortality Timepoint: 1, 3 and 6 months
