Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Unmarried females of age group 15-25 yrs. ? Regular menstrual cycle ranging from 21 days to 35 days. ? Women with Hb = 8gm%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient age of 25 years ? Married Patients ? Women with Hb ? Known case of Peptic Ulcer, Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease. ? Bleeding disorders. ? Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract. ? Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids and other pelvic pathology. ? Patients with history of systemic disorders. ? Patient not willing to participate.

a. Improvement in associated symptoms related to Primary Dysmenorrhea-Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation and Headache. b. Improvement in the blood flow of Uterus by Colour Doppler study.Timepoint: 3 months
