Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: people aged between 24 years to 45 years, nursing professionals, both male and female, generalized anxiety disorder-7 score greater than or equal to 10, nurses with minimum 2 years of work experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Nurses who are Diabetic, smoker, alcoholic -Nurses with diseases that causes cognitive decline (Alzheimer’s, stroke, HTN)
