Primary

MeasureTime frame
compare analgesic efficacy with 0.25% Bupivacaine versus 0.25% Bupivacaine with 8mg Dexamethasone using Numerical rating scale for pain.Timepoint: once in every 4 hours for 18 hours in the post- operative period

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare duration of analgesia between the two groups Evaluate time required for mobilization of patient and first rescue analgesia needed. To assess any adverse reactions if present. Timepoint: once in every 4 hours for 18hours in the post- operative period
