Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male Patient 2 clinical feature of IBS - Recurrent abdominal pain pain related to defecation change in frequency and appearance of stool 3 Age Group - 19 to 59

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient with other method of treatment with IBS 2 Patient having clinical features like unexplained weight loss bleeding per rectum and persistent diarrhoea 3 with microorganism in stool 4. patient having disease symptoms secondary to organic causes like coeliac disease IBD and lactose intolerance 5 female patients
