Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery (Coronary artery bypass graft, Aortic valve replacement, Mitral valve replacement, Aneurysm repair, Angioplasty) 2.Patients with age between 45-70 years 3.Patients with ICU stay >48 hours after cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous/current psychiatric disorders 2.Patient with previous brain injury with residual cognitive deficits or intellectual disability 3.Patients with pre-existing neuromuscular disorders 4.Patients with recent lower limb fracture 5.Patients with unstable vitals 6.Patients who are not willing to participate
