Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients either asymptomatic or having clinical signs and symptoms of endometriosis. â?ª Patients eligible for Virechana Karma and Basti â?ª Patients having CA-125 level â?ª Women with Hb >7gm%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient age of 50years â?ª Patient having chocolate cyst size >7cm as per USG report â?ª Pregnant women with endometriosis â?ª Women with Hb â?ª Suspected Carcinoma of reproductive tract â?ª Patient with infectious diseases of reproductive tract like Tuberculosis, Sexually transmitted diseases â?ª Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract â?ª Patients with history of cardiac diseases, chronic liver disease, uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic BP above 160 & Diastolic above 100mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (above the range of 160 mg/dl - RBS) â?ª Patients not eligible for Virechana Karma and Basti.
