Inclusion criteria: 1-AGE- 30 TO 50 2-CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN > 3 MONTHS 3-CENTRAL SENSITIZATION INVENTORY > 30 SCORE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-RADICULAR PAIN 2-SPINAL INSTABILITY 3-NEOPLASM 4-RECENT SPINAL FRACTURE 5-ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS
