Intervention1: TAP Block in comparison and Diclofenac Sodium in Total Abdominal Hysterectomy Surgeries: Postoperative Analgesic Effect of TAP Block using 0.25% Inj. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride 15ml each

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status Grade I and II, Patients undergoing TAH under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of allergies to study drug, TAH done under GA and those cases which are converted to GA, Any history of coagulopathy, Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia, patients with intraoperative hemodynamic instability
