Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracolumbar spine surgeries American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II Body mass index >18 and <35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any drug allergies Pregnancy coagulopathy History of substance abuse Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or metabolic disease. Infection at the planned site. Chronic analgesia use. Psychological inability of the patient to understand the QoR -15 questionaire. Inability to operate a Patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump. Psychological inability of the patient to understand Visual Analogue Scale baseline heart rate <60bpm
