Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate and have loss of 15 degrees of knee extension as per active knee extension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lowe limb Tumor, Infection, Fractures in cervical and lumbar spine, Subjects with previous lumbar, hip, and knee surgery, hamstring injury in past 2 years, Lumbar and Lower limb unstable, neurological conditions, acute low back pain, musculoskeletal and neurological impairments in the spine or lower extremities within 1 year, and musculoskeletal pain or deformity of lower extremity,no lower limb muscle soreness, no lower limb open wounds.

Design outcomes

Primary

Active Knee Extension test, Sit and Reach Test, Straight Leg Raise test.Timepoint: Pre intervention , Post intervention after 8 days

MeasureTime frame
Active Knee Extension test, Sit and Reach Test, Straight Leg Raise test.Timepoint: Post intervention after 15 days, Post intervention after 1 month.
