Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Indian young adults from age of 18 to 25 years will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having musculoskeletal or neurological conditions that may hamper sit to stand ability.( based on medical reports) People undergone at least 12 weeks of training particularly lower limb recently. Pregnancy and 6 months postpartum. Patient who have undergone recent surgery that may affect sit –stand activities.
