Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Students recruited from colleges of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy 2) Age: 18-26 years 3) Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) score = 8 4) Adequate proficiency in the English language for understanding and filling out the research questionnaires. 5) Normal or corrected vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Difficulty in comprehension of the research questionnaires 2)Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) score 3) Musculoskeletal disorders that cause difficulty in writing or walking (Upper or lower limb fractures) 4) Vestibular issues or dizziness 5) Individuals who have difficulty for acclimatization on the treadmill
