Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed as a case of myocardial infarction by a cardiologist and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention Left ventricular ejection fraction greater than 40% Patients with first time MI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have done CABG or valve surgery for myocardial infarction 2.Uncontrolled hypertension 3.Unstable angina 4.Old PCI 5.Ventricular arrhythmia
