Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25years BMI above 19 and below 25 Hostel students residing at GSAMC&H

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People suffering from systemic illnesses. People who are disoriented. People in the age group below 18 years and above 25yrs. Subjects who are not on sedatives, alcoholic and smokers
