Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with internal haemorrhoids- Grade I and Grade II. 2. Patient must be a smoker (past or present). 3. Patients using topical agents for haemorrhoids will be included after a washout period of 1-week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade III and IV haemorrhoids. 2. External haemorrhoids 3. Anal fissure or fistula 4. Recreational drug abuse 5. Previous history of surgery for haemorrhoids Severely ill patients • Pregnant or lactating mothers • Psychiatric patients and • Those unwilling to give consent to join the study.
