Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Schizophrenia patients in remission for at least 1 month as per score of PAN-SS scale 2.Patients able to read English or Bengali

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any acute illness likely to influence medication adherence 2.Refusal to give informed consent

Based on the study finding we will see the potential factors related to adherence and this will be further utilized in treatment outcome.Timepoint: 1 year
