Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Pratham Patalagata Timira (Simple Myopia), described as per Ayurveda and modern science irrespective of their gender, occupation and religion. 2. Age 18 to 40 years. 3. Patients having a dioptre power less than -6.0 D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having a dioptre power more than -6.0 D will be excluded. 2. Patients having any other ocular pathology, e.g., cataract, corneal opacity, iridocyclitis, keratoconus, retinal disease etc. will be excluded. 3. Patients suffering from any systemic diseases will also be excluded.
