Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community dwelling elderly individuals No ongoing regular yoga practice Have good or corrected vision Independently ambulant Elderly individuals able to lift both arms to shoulder level without losing balance 30seconds (8)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any visual abnormality other than refractory errors Those with fractures in the previous 6 months Diagnosed cases of neurological disorders Excludes cancer and cancer survivors Diagnosed cases of Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus History of Vertigo and BPPV
