Intervention1: Abdominal Binder: The binder is a soft elastic band, which attaches around the abdomen and adjusts to different abdominal circumferences by overlapping and attaching with Velcro.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women were eligible for enrollment if they had a singleton pregnancy with gestational age >= 37 completed weeks based on the last menstrual period or first trimester ultrasound and were undergoing cesarean delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Less than 37 completed weeks of gestation • Intraoperative accidental injury to urinary or gastrointestinal organs, • caesarean hysterectomy, • post-operative admission to intensive care unit, • postoperative intraperitoneal drain placement, • severe neuromuscular or circulatory disorders, pulmonary diseases, • unable to understand and follow oral or written instructions
