Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ALL AGE GROUPS WITH THE ADDICTION OF TOBACCO CHEWING. 2. BOTH GENDERS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient not fulfilling case definition. Cases without written consent. Patients with malignant changes in the buccal mucosa. Drug or substance abusers –Cannabis or Pot users, Dendrite & Acetone.

MeasureTime frame
To observe the aversion produced by Plantago major towards the tobacco chewing habitTimepoint: every week for first 2 months and after 2 months every 15 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To know whether Plantago major helps in reducing the craving for tobaccoTimepoint: evrey 2 weeks for 3 months
